My Coaching Philosophy

When an athlete chooses to work with me, I know they’re not just looking for another workout plan — they’re looking for a coach who’s truly invested.

And that’s exactly who I am.

I’m someone who works relentlessly behind the scenes to make sure every decision in your training has purpose. I’m disciplined in how I plan, how I coach, and how I hold myself to a high standard — the same standard I’ll hold you to. I care about the smallest details, because I know they make the biggest difference over time.

Whether it’s how you move, how you recover, or how you execute under pressure — I notice everything.

But I’m also here for more than just performance metrics. I stay close to my athletes. I listen, I observe, I adapt. I want you to feel supported — but also challenged. I will push you when you need it, and I’ll always expect your best, because that’s what it takes to compete at the top.

What I Expect From You

I expect you to show up ready. Not just physically, but mentally. I expect consistency, honesty, and a real willingness to be coached. You don’t need to be perfect — but you do need to be committed.

Trust the process, even when it’s uncomfortable. Be open to feedback, even when it’s tough. And most importantly: give your full effort, every time.

Because when we both bring that level of intent, discipline, and drive — that’s when the real transformation happens.
